Education changes all the time, but not every change matters. New tools arrive every month, teaching methods come in and out of fashion, and research findings are often reported in ways that are hard to use. Teachers, parents and school leaders are left to sort through all of it on their own.

EduTrend was started to do some of that sorting. We follow what is changing in teaching and learning, look at what the evidence says, and write about it in plain language. When a change is useful, we go one step further and turn it into something people can use: a guide, a set of activities, a game.

Our resources are published under EduTrend Contents, our publishing label. Each one has a code, an age range, an edition number and a clear licence, so you always know what you have and how you may use it.

EduTrend is based in Istanbul and works in English and Turkish. We are independent: we are not paid to promote tools or products, and we do not claim partnerships we do not have.

Useful first. We publish what can be used, not what sounds impressive. Every article ends with something to try.

Honest about evidence. We say when research is strong, when it is mixed and when it does not exist yet. We link to our sources.

Plain language. If a teacher or parent cannot use it after one reading, we rewrite it.

Made with care. Every resource is checked against its sources and updated. We would rather publish fewer and better.

Fair to children. We design for real children in real rooms: different ages, abilities and resources. Nothing we publish needs expensive equipment.

Independent. We are not paid to recommend tools or products, and we say so when that changes.
