Who sells. EduTrend digital resources are sold by EduTrend Contents, İstanbul, Turkey. Questions about an order go to info@edutrend.org.

What you buy. EduStore products are digital files (PDF packs, printable activities, teacher guides and 20-week programmes). No physical item is shipped. Each product page lists the age range, language, number of activities and format.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout, including any taxes that apply to your order. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider; EduTrend does not see or store your full card details.

Delivery. After payment you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. If the link does not arrive or does not work, write to info@edutrend.org with your order number and we will send the files again.

Licence. Buying a resource gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of the content. What you may copy, print and share depends on the licence you choose; see the Licensing page. Reselling or publishing the files is not allowed.

Refunds and replacements. Refunds and replacements follow our Refund & Digital Product Policy. Because files are delivered instantly, your right of withdrawal may end once the download starts, as explained in that policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Accuracy. We check every resource before release. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it and send the updated version to every buyer free of charge.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
